A Sagar Club deposit takes a couple of minutes over UPI. The 12-digit UTR you save afterwards is what makes a stuck payment easy to trace.
Deposit steps
- Log in and open Wallet → Deposit.
- Pick a channel and amount.
- Pay in your UPI app on the screen that opens.
- Screenshot the success page with the UTR.
- Check your balance.
If it doesn’t show up
Money left the bank, balance unchanged
Wait 30 minutes, then send the UTR to customer care.
UPI says failed
Banks usually auto-refund within 1–3 days.
Paid twice
Both should credit — report if one is missing.
Bonus or no bonus
